Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in media agency, digital economy, or FMCG
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with DV360
  • Knowledge of digital trends and best practices
  • Profound knowledge of digital market and planning
  • Awareness of digital effectiveness KPIs
  • Solid understanding of research tools
  • Ability to shift from strategy to detail
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Ad Serving and Google Analytics
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Organised and highly numerate
  • Results-orientated and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to prioritise high-impact tasks
  • Skills in data analysis and report building
  • Passion for data and detailed accuracy

  • Ambitious and keen for individual responsibility
  • Fluency in German (Nice to have)

Tasks

  • Execute digital media plans to meet business objectives
  • Advise on digital channel mix and customer journeys
  • Implement localized digital measurement methodologies against funnel KPIs
  • Drive data visualization to facilitate campaign insights
  • Translate communication objectives into media and conversion KPIs
  • Maximize audience targeting using first, second, and third-party data
  • Ensure technical tracking is correctly configured before activation
  • Monitor daily performance across creatives, audiences, and touchpoints
  • Advise on ongoing campaign optimizations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with agencies to identify campaign performance drivers
  • Communicate data-driven stories to non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide data to the business insights team
  • Improve the performance of all digital activations
  • Distill best practices and insights from media activities
