Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• •Major in Finance
• •2-3 years’ Finance or Commercial Controlling experience
• •Experience in competitive FMCG environment
• •Strong IT and financial systems experience
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Strong commercial understanding
• •Good to advanced accounting knowledge
• •Strong MS Excel knowledge
• •Power BI knowledge is advantage
• •SAP knowledge is an advantage
• •Analytical self-starter with drive and agility
• •Structured thinker with well-organized approach
• •Problem solver with high result orientation
• •Strong communication and relationship building skills

Tasks

• •Drive the month-end closing process
• •Ensure correct bookings and performance analysis
• •Support sales plans, forecasts, and outlooks
• •Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives
• •Analyze new product development and investments
• •Manage the commercial P&L and S&OP planning
• •Coordinate cost assumptions and commodity movements
• •Monitor inventory obsolescence and supply finance
• •Understand customer trade investment strategies
• •Equip account managers for year-end negotiations
• •Improve financial tools, processes, and procedures
• •Maintain proactive relationships with key stakeholders
• •Track portfolio performance at SKU levels
• •Identify growth drivers and vulnerable products
• •Control trade terms and departmental budgeting
• •Provide ROI analysis for promotional activities
