Description

You will ensure seamless HR operations by building and maintaining critical system integrations. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting complex data flows and automating processes to support the company's global workforce.

Requirements

• •Experience building Workday Studio integrations
• •Ownership of production Workday integrations
• •Interpretation of complex data structures
• •Support for multi-country payroll integrations
• •Strong debugging and analytical skills
• •High documentation discipline
• •Cross-functional collaboration skills
• •Greenhouse and Workday integration experience
• •Experience with APdata, ADP, or Payslip.com
• •Familiarity with SAP, Ledgy, or Pigment
• •Scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript
• •Exposure to Workday Extend or Orchestrate

Tasks

• •Design and build Workday Studio integrations
• •Utilize PECI, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs
• •Manage SFTP and vendor-specific endpoints
• •Monitor integration health and investigate failures
• •Analyze logs to prevent silent errors
• •Troubleshoot complex upstream and vendor issues
• •Maintain and improve global payroll integrations
• •Ensure local compliance and operational stability
• •Stabilize Greenhouse and Workday data flows
• •Sync lifecycle events with PeopleOps teams
• •Improve Azure identity and provisioning flows
• •Create technical documentation and integration diagrams
• •Develop error-handling guides and runbooks
• •Coordinate testing and production releases
• •Automate manual processes for better scalability
