Tasks
- Own and enhance People practices
- Shape employee and candidate experiences
- Manage core employee lifecycle processes
- Serve as primary HR contact
- Review and update company policies
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation
- Maintain HRIS system (Personio)
- Support team engagement and culture
- Launch learning and development initiatives
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts
- Partner with Hiring Managers on role requirements
- Maintain positive candidate experience
