Description

As a People Systems Analyst, you will manage the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and security while collaborating with teams to enhance HR processes. This role involves providing support, developing reports, and staying updated on best practices to optimize system performance.

Requirements

• •Proven experience as a Workday Administrator or in a similar role
• •Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
• •Strong proficiency with Workday and related people systems
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• •Project management skills
• •Workday Certification(s) is highly desirable

Tasks

• •Administer and maintain the HRIS platform (Workday)
• •Ensure data integrity and system reliability
• •Manage user access and permissions for data security
• •Understand system architectures and process flows
• •Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• •Design, test, and implement solutions for the business
• •Collaborate with People and IT teams to optimize HRIS modules
• •Provide end-user support and troubleshoot Workday queries
• •Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
• •Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations
• •Monitor and audit HR data for accuracy and integrity
• •Stay updated on Workday updates and industry best practices
• •Provide training and support on HRIS functionalities
• •Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS inquiries
• •Support HRIS system upgrades and vendor collaboration
• •Assist in implementing new HRIS modules or features
