Requirements

  • Experience in a People Partner role in tech companies
  • Experience partnering with technology business units such as software engineers, product managers, or design
  • Track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of organisational design, performance management, leadership development, and change management
  • Coaching mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Commercial approach to people work with focus on impact, data, and action
  • Experience developing and enabling leaders
  • Comfort operating across regions and time zones
  • Bias for clarity, consistency, and care
  • English as the official language

Tasks

  • Partner with leaders to create people plans
  • Co-create people priorities aligned with business goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations on employee lifecycle topics
  • Act as a trusted adviser and coach for leaders
  • Implement and manage key people processes consistently
  • Support leaders in embedding the performance process
  • Utilize data insights for action planning and monitoring
  • Champion company values in daily operations
  • Diagnose challenges using people data and recommend improvements
  • Co-deliver change management activities with leaders
  • Lead integration projects and organizational changes
  • Coach leaders on performance, development, and team dynamics
  • Identify capability gaps and partner to address them
  • Deliver learning content to enhance leadership skills
  • Navigate ambiguity and adapt approaches as needed
  • Ensure core people processes are delivered effectively
  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics for improvement
  • Implement change initiatives with positive feedback
  • Deliver successful projects across the business function
