Tasks
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
- Manage employee data
- Clarify HR policies and answer inquiries
- Support internal HR initiatives
- Create and update HR processes and templates
- Post job openings and source candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Track candidate progress and provide updates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding logistics
- Welcome new hires and ensure smooth integration
