Senior HR Operations Specialist(m/w/x)

Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant commercial work experience
- Experience in international HR organization or service center advantageous
- Understanding of Swiss HR processes, tools, and labor laws
- Certified HR Specialist, HR Assistant, or comparable qualification
- High IT and process affinity
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of a major HCM system such as Workday
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent command of written and spoken German
- Proficiency in additional languages advantageous
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High customer orientation and autonomy
- Positive team spirit
- Determination to deliver in dynamic environments
- Enthusiasm for the role
Tasks
- Answer employee and manager inquiries regarding HR services, policies, and systems
- Provide timely responses to HR-related requests
- Maintain employee data and electronic files in Workday
- Manage daily HR operation processes and service delivery
- Handle correspondence with employees, line managers, and employment authorities
- Share knowledge and experiences with team members and across HR
- Contribute to and maintain the HR knowledge base
- Manage the HR Ticketing System and improve its database
- Support HR projects and local initiatives
- Execute special tasks including register of commerce maintenance
