- •2+ years of experience in HR administrative role
- •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS (ideally Personio)
- •Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Apprenticeship or university degree in People Operations

- •Provide administrative support to employees through the Personio ticketing system
- •Address employee queries related to benefits and policies
