• •Empower global Chief Excitement Officers to lead initiatives
• •Direct global talent branding and narrative strategy
• •Collaborate with Communications and Talent Acquisition teams
• •Automate global tenure and milestone programs
• •Coordinate high-touch recognition for long-term milestones
• •Manage logistics and vendors for life event celebrations
• •Monitor Glassdoor reputation and sentiment data
• •Administer social connectivity tools and platforms
• •Oversee employee experience budgets and ROI
