Requirements

  • 5+ years HR Generalist, HRBP, or People & Culture Manager experience
  • Experience in fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
  • Empathetic, approachable, and trust-building interpersonal skills
  • End-to-end HR process management experience

  • Experience designing or coordinating impactful training programmes

  • Hands-on experience in German-based company

Tasks

  • Join People & Culture team, collaborating with fellow P&C Manager
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employees and managers
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
  • Own and improve core HR processes
  • Ensure smooth and consistent HR process execution
  • Build strong relationships with team leads and managers
  • Coach managers on people management and feedback
  • Drive Learning & Development agenda
  • Identify and coordinate training programs
  • Support individual growth plans
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes
  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking
  • Ensure competitive benefits as the company grows
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
  • Facilitate pulse surveys, team events, and recognition programs
  • Translate engagement insights into actionable improvements
  • Handle employee relations matters sensitively
  • Escalate employee relations issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate people data and HR systems
  • Produce regular reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate on cross-functional P&C projects
  • Support culture initiatives and organizational design
  • Work on process automation
