Tasks
- Shape how we attract, onboard, and develop people
- Own the structured onboarding experience
- Coordinate feedback and performance review cycles
- Identify learning and development needs
- Source or build learning programs
- Act as a contact for career growth discussions
- Support team dynamics discussions
- Address wellbeing topics
- Shape and embed company culture
- Organize rituals and team events
- Define communication norms
- Manage the hiring process end-to-end
- Align with team leads on role requirements
- Create and publish job postings
- Screen incoming applications
- Lead initial recruiter interviews
- Lead initial culture-fit interviews
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Personio)
- Track hiring metrics
- Identify hiring bottlenecks using data
- Plan and organize monthly team events
- Organize seasonal celebrations
- Coordinate gifts for new joiners
- Coordinate recognition for birthdays
- Coordinate recognition for work anniversaries
- Maintain the office as an enjoyable space
- Manage office supplies
- Coordinate with the cleaning service
- Handle related purchasing
- Manage vendors
- Track expenses
