- Roadmap People products for employees and business
- Shape company culture
- Launch meaningful HR programs
- Experiment with new HR initiatives
- Serve as primary contact for Netherlands hires
- Work with in-country expertise in the Netherlands
- Act as primary HRBP for technical vertical internationally
- Partner with leaders on daily challenges
- Partner with leaders on strategic decisions
- Balance big picture with individual needs during scaling
- Build onboarding infrastructure
- Build performance frameworks
- Build promotion processes
- Build retention strategies
- Build compensation review processes
- Build offboarding infrastructure
- Collaborate with Director of Talent on initiatives
- Collaborate with L&D Manager on initiatives
- Collaborate with People Operations on tooling
- Collaborate with People Operations on touchpoints
- Leverage employee lifecycle for scalable processes
Work Experience

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
