- •5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits
- •Degree (minimum bachelor or similar) in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or comparable subject
- •Proficiency in IT tools/applications and strong skills in Microsoft Office
- •Profound Project Management experience
- •Excellent end-to-end process thinking and analytical skills
- •Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
- •Self-driven, collaborative, enthusiastic, inclusive, curious, and willingness to learn
- •Fluency in spoken and written English

- •Manage quarterly and year-end pension reporting
- •Validate and reconcile pension data
- •Resolve discrepancies in reporting
- •Act as liaison between actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B, asset managers, and auditors
- •Support audit coordination and prepare documentation
- •Respond to auditor queries with stakeholders
- •Identify and implement process improvements for reporting workflows
- •Handle pension management risk reporting
- •Analyze and report risks associated with pensions
- •Lead and contribute to pensions and benefits projects
- •Ensure legal compliance and cost control for pension programs
- •Maintain vendor quality and competitive positioning
- •Provide guidance and training to HR, Finance, and C&B teams
