Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits
- Degree (minimum bachelor or similar) in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or comparable subject
- Proficiency in IT tools/applications and strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Profound Project Management experience
- Excellent end-to-end process thinking and analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
- Self-driven, collaborative, enthusiastic, inclusive, curious, and willingness to learn
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Tasks
- Manage quarterly and year-end pension reporting
- Validate and reconcile pension data
- Resolve discrepancies in reporting
- Act as liaison between actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B, asset managers, and auditors
- Support audit coordination and prepare documentation
- Respond to auditor queries with stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements for reporting workflows
- Handle pension management risk reporting
- Analyze and report risks associated with pensions
- Lead and contribute to pensions and benefits projects
- Ensure legal compliance and cost control for pension programs
- Maintain vendor quality and competitive positioning
- Provide guidance and training to HR, Finance, and C&B teams
