Requirements
- •Proven leadership experience in group facilitation, executive development, or leadership coaching
- •P&L management of at least 5 million euros
- •Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- •Active listening and facilitation skills
- •Self-motivation and organizational skills
- •Flexibility to lead in-person meetups and coaching sessions
- •Fluency in English and/or German, with optional French
- •Active or past involvement in peer-coaching networks
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Facilitate in-person peer coaching sessions every 6 weeks or quarterly
- •Guide discussions within groups of 6–10 participants
- •Create a safe space for sharing challenges and experiences
- •Engage leaders to drive member acquisition for peer-coaching groups
- •Utilize SAWOO’s sales process and support for success
- •Lead monthly meetups in premium venues within your city
- •Collaborate with co-hosts to moderate teaser peer-coaching sessions
- •Build connections and identify leads during meetups
- •Curate discussions on real-world challenges and innovation
- •Support participants in personal and professional growth
- •Monitor group dynamics for optimal engagement and collaboration
