  • Experience managing partnerships in SME lending finance

Tasks

  • Establish relationships with new partners
  • Manage existing partners in the SME ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal teams on partnerships
  • Ensure effective ongoing partner relationships
  • Manage and strengthen the lender panel
  • Support acquisition partners for business inquiries
  • Identify, negotiate, and acquire strategic partners
  • Onboard a portfolio of strategic partners
  • Grow partner portfolio in line with platform growth
  • Design and execute partnerships and campaigns
  • Drive internal process enhancements for partner enablement
  • Serve as the single point of contact for partners
  • Manage partner revenue, satisfaction, and engagement
  • Host regular partner business reviews
  • Resolve partner issues in a timely manner
  • Drive partner leads through various channels
  • Identify new target markets for partner growth
  • Ensure partner referrals are signed up smoothly
  • Liaise with KYC, Onboarding, and Marketing Data teams
  • Ensure partner referrals are assessed and processed within SLAs
  • Maintain prioritized onboarding for partner referrals
