Partner Solutions Architect(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive indirect revenue by empowering cloud partners and system integrators to build with GenAI. Your day-to-day involves solving complex technical hurdles and shaping the product roadmap.

Requirements

• •5+ years technical customer-facing experience
• •Successful partnership with GSIs or cloud providers
• •Relationship building and technical communication skills
• •Strong presentation and technical translation skills
• •Experience designing scalable cloud architectures
• •Familiarity with LLM frameworks, ML, or data science
• •Interest in cross-organizational collaboration
• •Passion for teaching and mentoring
• •Creative thinking for safe AI systems
• •Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

Tasks

• •Cultivate technical relationships with global and regional system integrators
• •Strengthen partnerships with AWS and GCP cloud teams
• •Enable partner AI practices and execute long-term GTM strategies
• •Provide technical expertise to the partnerships team
• •Identify opportunities to deepen partner technical capabilities
• •Support partner teams with troubleshooting and complex technical escalations
• •Evangelize the company in developer communities
• •Develop joint solutions and industry-specific GenAI applications
• •Codify reference architectures and deployment best practices
• •Unblock strategic customer deals through deep technical guidance
• •Represent the company at workshops, summits, and industry conferences
• •Lead partner-specific developer events and technical hackathons
• •Gather product feedback on partner use cases and deployment patterns
• •Deliver partner insights to internal teams to inform product roadmaps
