  • Develop go-to-market strategies with partner ecosystems
  • Create joint business plans with strategic partners
  • Achieve defined sales targets through partnership sales
  • Establish thought leadership with focus partners
  • Align partner sales and services with the Harness Platform
  • Identify mutual prospects with partners and sales teams
  • Secure new business meetings through partner collaboration
  • Create enablement plans for partner technical capabilities
  • Drive customer success through partner pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Align internal and external business functions to scale
  • Recruit and onboard new partners into the ecosystem
  • Enable new partners to drive engagement
  • Support business reviews with sales teams
  • Build and promote partner communities across Europe
