- •Proven track record in building, maintaining, and expanding high-performance partners in the EMEA region
- •Self-starter and can-do attitude
- •Strong communication and listening skills
- •Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- •Curiosity and willingness to learn

- •Win, maintain, and expand relationships with channel partners
- •Discover and evaluate potential partners that complement Sonar’s offerings
- •Develop and execute a partner territory plan to achieve new bookings and renewals
- •Establish strong relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
- •Involve company personnel to support partner success
- •Engage in meaningful business and account QBRs to help partners meet targets
- •Build momentum in the joint partner planning process with mutual objectives
- •Proactively assess and validate partner needs
- •Manage channel policies and expectations to minimize conflict
- •Ensure partners complete the required enablement program
- •Align partner and Sonar’s business and technology continuously
