- Experience in partner management or similar role
- Knowledge of Azure, Dynamics, or Power Platform
- Experience managing partner programs and relationships
- Knowledge of channel incentives and CRM systems

- Ability to manage priorities independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in international teams
- Track record of process improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong discipline and reliability
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness and ability to travel
Tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for partners
- Build trusted relationships through clear communication
- Drive joint marketing campaigns and customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market initiatives
- Align sales, delivery, and partner teams
- Manage regular business rhythms and partner plans
- Develop and optimize scalable partner management processes
- Identify and recruit new international strategic partners
- Support partner contract reviews and negotiations
- Ensure compliance in partnership with legal teams
- Align partner initiatives with company strategy
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects
- Provide regular updates on project delivery
