Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- •2–3 years of experience in partner management, alliances, or similar role
- •Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
- •Proven experience in managing partner programs and building relationships
- •Knowledge of channel incentive programs, partner lifecycle management, and CRM systems
- •Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- •Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams
- •Track record of process improvement and operational efficiency
- •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve challenges
- •Strong discipline and reliability in managing time and progress
- •Fluency in both English and German
- •Willingness and ability to travel for partner meetings and industry events

Tasks
- •Serve as the primary contact for partners
- •Build trusted relationships with partners
- •Ensure fast, clear communication across all touchpoints
- •Drive go-to-market initiatives with partners
- •Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns
- •Engage customers through partner activities
- •Act as a liaison between sales, delivery, and partner teams
- •Align and inform internal stakeholders
- •Manage regular business rhythms
- •Execute partner business plans
- •Develop and optimize partner management processes
- •Identify and recruit new strategic partners
- •Support international projects in new markets
- •Partner with the legal team for compliance
- •Assist in contract reviews, negotiations, and execution
- •Align partner initiatives with company strategy
- •Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
- •Provide regular updates on project status
- •Ensure successful delivery with minimal supervision
