Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of relevant consulting experience
  • •Extensive end‑to‑end SAP implementation experience
  • •Deep technical and functional SAP expertise
  • •Track record as lead SAP architect
  • •Expertise in finance and controlling processes
  • •Executive‑level communication and facilitation ability
  • •Strong consulting skillset and stakeholder alignment
  • •Experience in leading teams and delivery
  • •University degree or equivalent experience
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Willingness to travel up to 80%
  • •Legal authorization to work in Germany
  • •Experience advising global clients on transformation
  • •Familiarity with SAP integration architectures
  • •Experience developing go‑to‑market offerings
  • •Knowledge of additional European languages
