Requirements

•7+ years experience with SAP IM or APM
•Strong knowledge of SAP SPM components
•Experience integrating SAP SPM with other systems
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
•Fluency in English and German
•Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
•SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Commissions
•Experience with SAP BTP and reporting tools
•Familiarity with APM, T&Q, or ALM modules
•Knowledge of compensation platforms like SAP ICM

•Manage data modeling and quality standards
•Execute complex data loads in the SPM environment
•Lead full-cycle SAP SPM implementations

•Support pre-sales with solution design and estimations
•Mentor junior consultants and conduct peer reviews
•Review configurations and technical documentation
