- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage customers
- •Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- •Develop full funnel campaigns for brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting
- •Write, test, and optimize ad copy for continuous performance improvement
- •Manage paid media budgets and forecast for paid media channels
- •Translate data into insights using tools like Google Analytics
- •Work with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design teams to create effective campaigns
- •Lead the creative learning agenda focusing on performance acquisition and creative strategy
- •Write creative briefs for UGC creators and in-house Design teams
- •Manage static/video editing reviews with attention to detail
- •Integrate creative performance insights and customer insights for innovation
- •Conduct creative research using platforms like Ads Library
- •Explore and apply AI tools for generative creatives and workflow improvements
