- Experience in functional leadership of external service providers
- Direct technical steering of suppliers
- Flexibility to apply even if not matching all criteria
Tasks
- Lead technical aspects of HVDC cable products
- Manage design to commissioning phases
- Coordinate with international suppliers and partners
- Oversee design and delivery of HVDC cable systems
- Handle onshore and offshore cable systems
- Manage accessories, fiber optic systems, and cable monitoring
- Support permitting processes
- Conduct tendering activities
- Ensure cable system qualification
- Supervise manufacturing and commissioning
- Lead multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinate external service providers
- Ensure HSE compliance
- Manage project schedule
- Control project costs
- Oversee contract management
- Maintain quality standards
- Manage project risks
