Requirements

  • •Degree in electrical, industrial, automation engineering, or related field
  • •Experience in power transmission and high-voltage switchgear
  • •Strong knowledge of high-voltage technologies
  • •Understanding of HV substation design and interfaces
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio
  • •Independent, flexible, proactive approach and teamwork
  • •Category B driving licence
  • •Fluent German and very good English

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Lead primary and auxiliary system technical packages
  • •Provide technical expertise on power systems
  • •Define plant-specific requirements and system concepts
  • •Develop layouts and single-line diagrams
  • •Draft technical guidelines for HV equipment
  • •Review and approve HV equipment documentation
  • •Perform factory acceptance tests and on-site commissioning
  • •Prepare and manage the tendering process
  • •Evaluate offers for specification compliance
  • •Coordinate budgeting and scheduling with project managers
  • •Manage site coordination and order placement
  • •Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
