Requirements

Tasks

  • Design, govern, and execute the Change Management strategy.
  • Integrate change communications into the strategy.
  • Align the strategy with the overarching training approach.
  • Champion a people-centered transformation methodology.
  • Drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable behavioral change.
  • Assess organizational change readiness.
  • Define targeted interventions to close gaps.
  • Monitor adoption risks and mitigation measures.
  • Partner with workstream leads for integrated planning.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Program Leadership.
  • Shape and drive the enterprise-wide Change Management strategy.
  • Ensure effective implementation and sustainable adoption of new processes.
  • Focus on business value realization.
  • Define, establish, and lead the Change Management framework.
  • Ensure consistent execution of change initiatives at all levels.
  • Design and orchestrate a comprehensive Change and Communication approach.
  • Collaborate with the PMO on the communication approach.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the transformation.
  • Conduct in-depth stakeholder identification and impact analyses.
  • Define and implement targeted engagement strategies.
  • Foster buy-in, ownership, and sustained commitment.
  • Lead and consolidate Change Impact Analysis (CIA) across workstreams.
  • Translate insights into pragmatic mitigation actions.
  • Develop enablement and reinforcement strategies.
  • Minimize disruption and accelerate adoption.
  • Drive organizational readiness assessments, pulse surveys, and adoption tracking.
  • Identify resistance patterns, cultural barriers, and adoption risks.
  • Implement solution-oriented interventions.
  • Collaborate on end-user training concepts and needs analyses.
  • Ensure strong integration between Change and Learning activities.
  • Enable long-term capability building and behavioral change.
  • Coordinate with divisions for alignment and consistency.
  • Ensure a unified transformation narrative.
  • Coach and empower Business Workstream Leads and Design Review Members.
  • Strengthen leadership capability in driving engagement, communication, and accountability.
