Requirements
- Experience in sales operations, customer service, order management, or sales support, ideally in international or B2B environment
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Confident working with ERP systems like SAP S4/HANA and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communicator comfortable working cross-functionally in international team
- Fluent German and English language skills; French is a plus
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes
- Process and validate customer orders
- Confirm orders and invoicing via ERP and digital channels
- Act as key operational contact for dealers
- Provide information on pricing, availability, and deliveries
- Support Pro Audio sales team with quotations
- Provide availability overviews and sales campaign support
- Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Sales
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Handle returns and loan orders
- Support cross-border and special sales activities
- Provide team cover
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-service environment
