Requirements

• •At least 2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or a related field
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Good analytical skills
• •Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• •Interest in shared mobility and new technologies

Tasks

• •Plan and manage operations in multiple cities
• •Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues
• •Monitor KPIs to meet operating standards
• •Optimize operational efficiency and costs
• •Deploy e-scooters in high-demand areas
• •Collaborate with the local Maintenance team and Operations Manager
• •Coordinate with HQ teams including Customer Support and Marketing
• •Analyze and report city metrics to stakeholders
• •Identify local trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• •Create and optimize standardized processes for efficiency
• •Address customer feedback to enhance satisfaction
• •Support strategies to improve fleet performance and retention
• •Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations
• •Inform stakeholders of changes to avoid potential risks
