- Manage incoming goods and stock movements
- Oversee outbound logistics, including shipping and delivery performance
- Handle returns and service levels
- Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks
- Ensure operational readiness for product launches and promotions
- Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve order-related issues
- Improve customer experience
- Take ownership of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Align demand planning, procurement, and logistics
- Continuously improve forecasting accuracy
- Optimize stock levels to reduce out-of-stock and overstock risks
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain
- Implement scalable process improvements
- Define, track, and analyze key KPIs
- Derive actionable measures from KPI analysis
- Act as a central interface between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Shape the development and scaling of the operations setup
