- Kommunikationsprofi in deutscher Sprache
- Menschen motivieren durch Charme und Kompetenz

- Gewissenhaft und strukturiert agieren
- Flexibel auf sich ändernde Situationen einstellen
- Souverän und selbstbewusst auftreten
- Arbeiten in crossfunktionalen Teams
- Gesunde Portion Humor
- Erfahrung im Bereich Sales-Coachings
- Führung durch Sales-Coachings
- Fließendes Deutsch
- Komfortable Kommunikation in Englisch
Tasks
- Act as primary contact for clients.
- Implement client requirements into processes.
- Ensure high-quality execution with team leads.
- Empower team leads to act independently.
- Motivate remote customer care teams for performance.
- Analyze project KPIs and identify improvements.
- Drive timely optimizations based on analysis.
- Manage stakeholders for positive project outcomes.
- Implement process improvements proactively.
- Collaborate closely with operations management team.
