- Support onboarding processes for new customers
- Issue invoices and assist with month-end closing
- Monitor and refine transaction flows for accuracy
- Handle disputes between buyers and project developers
- Standardize dispute resolution processes
- Perform data analyses and build BI reports
- Automate alerts and track key operational KPIs
- Collaborate with teams across Revenue, Supply, Finance, and Legal
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
