In this role, you will streamline platform operations by overseeing onboarding, managing transactions, and resolving disputes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing data and collaborating with various teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency.

Requirements

• •Recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements
• •Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or another dynamic, fast-paced setting
• •Strong determination and willingness to tackle essential tasks
• •Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficient Excel skills and experience in BI tools
• •Quick adaptability to changing priorities
• •Excellent communication skills in English and German
• •Willingness to relocate to Berlin
• •Possession of a valid German work permit or eligibility to work legally within the European Union

Tasks

• •Oversee end-to-end platform processes
• •Ensure seamless onboarding for project developers and buyers
• •Manage and optimize transactions for carbon credit purchases and sales
• •Handle disputes between buyers and project developers
• •Implement standardized dispute resolution processes
• •Identify inefficiencies in platform processes
• •Implement improvements for scalable processes
• •Perform data analyses and build BI reports
• •Automate alerts and track key operational KPIs
• •Collaborate with departments to standardize and optimize processes
• •Provide strategic insights for platform enhancement
