Requirements

  • •Experience with pharmaceutical or time-critical shipments
  • •Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
  • •Good awareness of customs procedures
  • •Ability to follow procedures and instructions
  • •Team player with ability to remain calm under pressure
  • •Self-motivator with flexible and positive attitude
  • •Effective communication skills in fluent German and good English
  • •Strong customer and service delivery focus
  • •Solid knowledge of Microsoft products and sound IT skills
  • •Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays

Tasks

  • •Manage and monitor shipment requirements

  • •Follow World Courier Standard Operating Procedures
  • •Communicate with airlines and handling agents
  • •Coordinate with customs and brokerage teams
  • •Engage with veterinarians and suppliers
  • •Interact with national and international World Courier stations
