Requirements

  • •Experience with pharmaceutical or temperature sensitive shipments
  • •Preferable experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
  • •Good awareness of customs procedures
  • •Ability to follow procedures and instructions
  • •Teamwork skills and composure under pressure
  • •Self-motivation, flexibility, and workload prioritization
  • •Fluent German and preferably good English
  • •Strong customer and service delivery focus
  • •Solid knowledge of standard Microsoft products

Tasks

  • •Monitor shipment requirements including temperature control
  • •Follow standard operating procedures for receiving and shipping materials
  • •Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and customs teams
  • •Communicate with brokerage teams, veterinarians, and suppliers
  • •Liaise with national and international stations and agents
  • •Ensure compliance with ADR, DGR, and IATA regulations
  • •Adhere to all relevant transport laws and ordinances
