- Define requirements for new features
- Align with Product and Engineering teams
- Configure CRM and invoicing systems
- Build automated reporting for leadership
- Establish reconciliation governance
- Maintain and improve recurring processes
- Ensure reliable system operation
- Triage and debug cross-system issues
- Identify root causes of problems
- Collaborate with Engineering on escalations
- Work across CRM and payment providers
- Use automation tools like Zapier and Slack
- Ensure data integrity in configurations
- Prevent small errors from becoming risks
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
- Follow through on open loops
- Resolve operational issues end-to-end
