- Build operational capability through structured problem-solving
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation
- Implement process automation and efficiency improvements
- Ensure successful rollout of improvements across regions
- Monitor process adherence and operational performance
- Track KPIs and conduct root cause analysis
- Drive data-informed improvement actions
- Enhance quality, efficiency, capacity, and consistency
- Support change initiatives in clinics
- Embed new ways of working effectively
- Identify and test best practices from high-performing clinics
- Scale best practices across the group
