Requirements
- Master’s degree in a technical field or business
- Deep, hands-on experience in project deployment
- Extensive experience in Quality, Supply, Supply Chain, or Operations environment
- Demonstrated passion for challenging the status quo
- Courage of conviction and openness to critical feedback

- Strong program management capabilities
- Exceptional coaching, teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Courage to make difficult decisions and recommendations

- Flexibility and learning agility
- Advanced knowledge of lean management and problem-solving methodologies

Tasks
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Develop a team of Lean/Operational Excellence Champions
- Communicate Lean activities' impact on performance and financial targets
- Translate Site Strategy into a Lean roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Prioritize Lean projects based on business impact
- Deliver improvement waves like Kaizen events and SMED workshops
- Define meaningful KPI targets and ensure data integrity
- Drive regular performance reviews using Lean visual management
- Collaborate with Quality to enhance compliance and performance
- Align Lean practices with regional and global standards
- Promote participation in Lean Communities of Practice
- Co-create a balanced Lean roadmap with site leaders
- Integrate Lean workstreams and highlight cross-functional synergies
- Support strategy deployment to align improvement activities with site priorities
- Build Lean capabilities through training and coaching
- Coach Lean leadership behaviors to strengthen accountability
- Foster a culture of waste identification and problem-solving
