- Effective use of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of credit processes (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving competence, and disciplined approach to process tracking
- Teamwork aptitude, high sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented perspective
Tasks
- Control and track customer contract signing processes
- Verify and archive contracts, guarantees, and legal documents
- Execute and monitor credit disbursement processes
- Prepare and communicate payment plans to customers
- Ensure all operational processes comply with internal control steps
- Validate customer information and documents according to regulations
- Support payment processes in coordination with accounting and finance departments
- Assist in preparing documents and information for internal and external audits
