Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years in luxury sales, account management, or trade marketing
- Proven track record designing and delivering tailored activations, events, and training programs
- Strong commercial planning and budget management skills
- Native-level German and business-fluent English
- Experience with (ultra) premium brands and Limited Edition launches
- Strong networking skills and ability to build advocacy
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and travelling to key accounts
Tasks
- Lead activation of ultra-premium portfolio in Germany’s prestigious on-trade accounts
- Design high-impact activations and events at luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and high-end cocktail bars
- Collaborate with sales and global brand teams to elevate brand positioning and drive value and advocacy
- Act as Brand Lead for ultra-premium portfolio, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and local customer needs
- Plan and execute high-impact marketing activations and Limited Time Offers (LTOs) for prestige accounts
- Drive distribution, menu placements, and back-bar visibility through tailored activations
- Own commercial activation roadmap for prestige accounts and department stores
- Serve as single point of contact for customer-specific activations
- Develop and implement drink and menu strategies in collaboration with the Head of Key City & Prestige
- Enhance brand presence through back-bar visibility concepts
- Coordinate and support tastings and training for trade partners
- Monitor activation implementation at gemba to gather qualitative feedback
