- •Experience in production environment with diverse technologies
- •Experience with exhaust air cleaning systems, e.g., regenerative thermal oxidiser
- •Ability to motivate co-workers in OHSE performance
- •Key skills and experience in OHSE
- •Interest in Quality Improvement and Continuous Improvement
- •4-5 years experience in an industrial environment
- •Fluency in German
- •Fluency in English
- •Team player
- •Ability to bridge conflicting interests

Tasks
- •Support all OHSE matters for AF-Teningen
- •Deploy AFEMEA strategic initiatives
- •Collaborate with plant management and OHSE team on initiatives
- •Ensure compliance with legal requirements and AFEMA policies
- •Promote a culture of 'Zero Injuries' within the plant
- •Drive health, safety, and environmental standards on site
- •Facilitate the exchange of best practices between Amcor plants
- •Provide monthly accident and ignition statistics
- •Plan and supervise safety measures
- •Audit plant and other AFEMEA plants for OHSE compliance
- •Maintain the Integrated Management System for OHSE
- •Monitor and analyze OHSE incidents, defining corrective measures
- •Train and supervise contractors on OHSE policies
- •Conduct risk assessment training for co-workers
- •Develop standard operating procedures for relevant tasks
- •Establish relationships with employees, representatives, and external partners
- •Ensure compliance with local regulations and AFEMEA standards
- •Implement fire safety instructions and prevention programs
