- •Advanced degree and Blackbelt certification
- •10+ years’ management experience in a manufacturing environment
- •Knowledge of lacquering, lamination, coating applications, printing, slitting, process control and validation protocols
- •Strong leadership skills
- •Solid safety culture
- •Ability to handle multiple tasks
- •Thorough knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes
- •Knowledge of safety practices and commitment to maintain them
- •Understanding of quality principles and techniques
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Strong presentation skills
- •Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- •Ability to make quick decisions
- •Advanced teambuilding and people management skills
- •Strong interpersonal skills
- •Solid financial reporting acumen
- •Experience in implementing Operational Excellence projects (SMED, Six Sigma, Lean, 6S)

- •Develop short and long-term plans and policies
- •Delegate responsibilities and provide guidance
- •Monitor production and service areas through reports and observations
- •Assist in problem-solving and implement corrective actions
- •Act as a liaison between co-workers and management
- •Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
- •Coordinate safety, quality, and waste management programs
- •Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and safety goals
- •Follow quality and process procedures in the production department
- •Manage production cost centers
- •Set performance targets for plant awards program
- •Support Six Sigma and Lean initiatives
- •Establish and monitor accurate production standards
- •Oversee the Occupational Safety program, including compliance and training
- •Support team development and succession planning
