- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, hospitality, operations, events, office/facilities, consulting, or similarly lean organisation)
- Comfort with frequent change and shifting priorities
- Hands-on mentality, defaulting into action, gathering learnings quickly, and iterating
- Structured, reliable, and service-minded approach
- Clear communication and proactive collaboration with stakeholders
- German at professional level (spoken and written)
- English proficiency for international team work
Tasks
- Coordinate office move-in timelines, vendors, and logistics
- Set up repeatable processes for office supplies
- Manage employee and visitor access
- Coordinate meeting rooms and mail handling
- Organize general workplace operations
- Serve as key contact for external service providers
- Align internal teams on needs and priorities
- Identify and resolve workplace friction points
- Propose and implement process improvements
- Support leadership with ad-hoc initiatives
- Roll out small processes and internal documentation
- Facilitate office communication
Education
- Bachelor's degree
