- Support change and risk management
- Structure complex work interfaces effectively
- Manage activities and stakeholders across scope, time, cost, and quality
- Align vendor equipment schedules with the project programme
- Conduct in-depth contract and scope reviews
- Perform gap analysis to ensure contractual scope coverage
- Collaborate with client departments and contractors
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Foster transparent communication and trust
- Manage OFE schedules and track milestones
- Guide project execution effectively
