- Verify contractor compliance with LOTO, Permit-to-Work, and electrical safety procedures
- Ensure program requirements, contract terms, and regulatory requirements are met
- Conduct site audits and inspections to confirm safety standards and work practices
- Manage and supervise electrical subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure construction activities comply with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Support planning and execution of high-risk activities involving hazardous energy
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting on electrical system installations
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on energy isolation
- Advise and assist with non-standard or incident situations
- Identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions for continuous improvement
