Tasks
- Support nuclear deterrence and defense requirements
- Provide analytical support for policy and plans
- Enhance nuclear surety mechanisms and readiness
- Foster partnerships between NATO and DoD organizations
- Maintain relationships with host and partner nations
- Support nuclear reporting and information sharing
- Coordinate preparedness planning and joint exercises
- Improve coordination with combat support agencies
- Align nuclear surety capabilities against theater threats
- Advise senior officials on arms control matters
- Implement nuclear surety and policy initiatives
- Analyze issues to enhance force posture
- Contribute to nuclear operations planning
- Develop frameworks to onboard new stakeholders
- Support nuclear surety certification and training
- Inform senior-level decision-making with expert insights
- Review technical reports and security plans
- Ensure compliance with NATO and federal regulations
- Monitor advancements in nuclear technology and policy
- Provide general support to the CBRN defense team
