Tasks
- Lead and motivate the night team
- Conduct high-energy briefings
- Ensure smooth overnight operations
- Train and coach the Night Audit
- Support the Night Manager across all tasks
- Oversee Front Desk standards (LQA)
- Handle tricky guest situations confidently
- Monitor Accor-specific systems (FastCom, Hotellink, ResaWeb)
- Manage digital guest communication via E-mail, Duve, and OTA platforms
- Manage reservations in Opera Cloud
- Handle guest profiles in Opera Cloud
- Manage room inventory in Opera Cloud
- Implement overbooking strategies in Opera Cloud
- Prepare and run End-of-Day (Night Audit) procedures
- Conduct Credit Limit and Rate checks
- Manage online payments from third-party platforms (Stripe, Adyen)
- Balance payments accurately in Opera Cloud
- Handle open PMs
- Manage open folios
- Handle No-Show activities
- Generate revenue and statistics reports
- Ensure building security during the night
- Conduct regular rounds
- Lead emergency procedures if required
- Liaise with local authorities and emergency services
- File detailed Incident Reports
- Manage Hox Shop inventory
- Prepare and deliver Breakfast Bags
- Coordinate morning Buffet Breakfast setup
