Description

As a senior expert in Valencia, you will drive the launch of new battery products by aligning cross-functional teams and solving complex technical challenges to ensure seamless production.

Requirements

• •At least 5 years development experience in automotive battery cell manufacturing
• •Experience with projects in SOP or mass production phase
• •Master’s degree in chemistry, material, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field
• •CV submission in English
• •Disability certificate of 33% or more is valued

Tasks

• •Align operations, quality, and engineering departments
• •Develop and execute complex project timelines
• •Lead cross-functional task forces for high-impact projects
• •Ensure intermediate products meet technical specifications
• •Identify and mitigate development process risks
• •Drive timely decision-making with key stakeholders
• •Conduct FACA and Root Cause Analysis
• •Improve design through FMEA and lessons learned
• •Analyze process gaps and validate technical solutions
• •Oversee Design of Experiments and material sampling
• •Spearhead the release process for production materials
• •Troubleshoot material changes and specification adjustments
• •Support manufacturing teams to optimize yield rates
• •Manage production deviations across multiple manufacturing steps
• •Lead technical evaluations of production anomalies
• •Supervise the escalation of manufacturing deviations
• •Develop a standardized technical decision-making matrix
