- Consistent sales overachievement
- SaaS, software, or data/information solutions sales experience
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe
Tasks
- Drive new business acquisition in the German market
- Focus on target segments such as enterprise or mid-market
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct complex deal negotiations
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
- Ensure accurate forecasting and revenue delivery
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Win new logos
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Deliver a seamless customer journey
