Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience
  • Business development or new-client acquisition experience
  • Experience selling to or influencing C-Level Executives
  • Experience selling to HR decisionmakers
  • Proven track record meeting sales targets
  • Ability to manage and forecast complex sales process
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to conduct travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree desired

Tasks

  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with C-level executives
  • Understand clients' mission-critical priorities
  • Identify and target Large Enterprise organizations
  • Drive new business opportunities from initial outreach to close
  • Convert prospects into active Gartner clients
  • Own full sales conversation and negotiation
  • Transition new clients to account management team
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales metrics and KPIs
  • Align insights, guidance, and practical tools to deliver value
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales in diverse environments
  • Forecast and plan accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Achieve quota for assigned territory
